Raffle Rules and Regulations

In a new partnership with Polaris, the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League will be raffling off a 2023 Polaris Ranger 1000 Side-by-Side. This unit has a MSRP value of $20,000. The hood of this unit will have a custom SJHL theme wrap provided by 3 Sixty 5 Designs. All proceeds of the SJHL Polaris Ranger Raffle will support the SJHL and the 12 member clubs of the league. 

 

All raffle ticket sales will be executed through www.sjhlraffle.ca. No physical tickets to be sold. Customers can buy 1 ticket for $25, 3 for $60, or 10 for $100, and tickets will be limited to a quantity of 5000. All of this will be tracked and sold through Shopify, which can link to our website. When someone buys a ticket, an automated message will be sent to their email confirming their purchase with a receipt, and a message notifying the raffle numbers will be emailed to the customer within 24 hours. All SJHL Marketing and Media members are not eligible to be considered a customer for this raffle.

 

The draw will take place at 2pm on April 27th, 2023 at the Cooperators Centre in Regina, LIVE on SJHL Insiders with Jeromy Corrigan. You can watch the draw on all SJHL social channels, and SJHL YouTube. All raffle numbers will be printed on identical pieces of paper, and the winning number will be drawn from an SLGA approved raffle drum.

 

LEGAL

SLGA rules dictate that we have to geolocate in Saskatchewan to allow the purchase of the tickets. To ensure the customer is able to purchase tickets, customer must allow popups in the browser and turn off any ad blocker software. If purchase is from a mobile device, location services must be turned on.

Interested customers must be eighteen years of age or older and otherwise meet the conditions specified in these Official Rules of Play.

The winning number will be posted to the SJHL website, and the winner will be contacted by Jacob Faith within twenty-four (24) hours of the draw announcement.

Ticket holders do not have to be present at the draw to win or claim their prize. The winner will be contacted by phone or email.

Prize will be secured for a period of 1 year following the draw. If unclaimed after this period, the funds will be reported, and a charitable allocation will be approved by the SLGA

Claimants: The winner must provide their full name and ticket number upon claiming their prize.
